The Roofing Service Technician is responsible for performing inspections, making repairs, and completing installations across various roofing systems, including single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, and roof-related metal systems.

Qualifications:
- Experienced in Roofing: Strong background in various commercial and residential roof systems.
- Technical Skills: Ability to perform repairs and installations accurately. Experience with single-ply, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, and related sheet metal work preferred.
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA and other safety standards.
- Physical Capabilities: Must be able to handle the physical aspects of roofing repairs and installations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, personal tools for the trade, ability to pass drug screening, and background checks.
