Job Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience with demonstrable results in sales within the roofing or construction sector.

    • Ability to safely perform tasks involving physical labor, such as climbing ladders and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.

    • Clean driving record and willingness to travel within the Greater Columbus region for on-site inspections and sales calls.

    • Strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, and a team-player attitude.

    • Ability to run estimates and manage sales for both residential and commercial services.

    • Proficiency in nurturing customer relationships and building/managing sales pipelines.

Job Responsibilities

    • Generate and manage estimates for roof repairs, replacements, and a variety of other roofing services for both residential and commercial properties.

    • Actively drive customer engagement and adoption of our diverse roofing services.

    • Ensure the sales pipeline and workflow data are properly maintained.

    • Collaborate with the team to gather and provide customer information as needed.

    • Engage with clients to offer the best roofing solutions.

    • Oversee the complete sales process from estimate generation to final sale.

    • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
