We recently completed one of our larger projects—replacing the roofs on all 88 units at the Ravines at Rocky Fork Condominiums. The Association also opted to upgrade the gutters and downspouts to larger sizes for better rain management. For this project, we installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Weathered Wood, backed by a 25-year non-prorated warranty.

We collaborate with property managers to develop a clear plan, keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
