This was one of our bigger projects. We replaced the roofs on all 88 units within the Ravines At Rocky Fork Condominiums. The Association also chose to replace the gutters and downspouts at the same time with larger gutters to better handle the strong rains. We installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color Weatheredwood with a 25-year non-prorated warranty.
